Recipe: Tater Tot Casserole ©

•1 (10-ounce ) can cream of mushroom soup
•1 (10-ounce ) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup milk
•1 packet onion soup mix
•1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey
•2 cup of shredded cheese (1 cup of yellow and one cup of white
•1 pound package of frozen tater tots
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter or spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray; set aside. Cook your meat and then drain. Whisk together the cream soup,milk and the onion soup to the meat. Mix well and pour into pan. Add half of the cheese of both yellow and white. Then add the tater tots with the remainder of cheese. Cook for 45 minutes.
Serve immediately with a green vegetable or a mixed garden salad.
