1/3 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 cup salt
2 Tbsp. Cream of Tartar
2 cups water and food coloring

Mix all ingredients together in a pan. Cook over low to medium heat until the dough no longer sticks to the pan. Knead. Store in Ziploc bag or airtight container. Makes 1 batch.
